How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will typically arrive in around 12-21 days.  The delivery time depends on where you are in the world and your customs (see Delayed Deliveries section below).  

Can I track my package?

Most countries we ship to come with a tracking number, which is emailed to you within a few days of your order being placed.  You can track your package here.  Tracking may take a few days after ordering to update.

Note: If you placed an order with multiple different products, they may be shipped from different locations and therefore will have multiple tracking numbers and may arrive at different times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and cover the shipping costs - FREE shipping on all orders.  No surprises at checkout.

What if it has been over 4 weeks and my order hasn't arrived?

Please reach out to your local postal office with your tracking number to see if they have it. If tracking shows it at customs, please contact your local customs as they may be holding onto it. Our shipments nearly always fall under local taxation thresholds and your package therefore will not incur any local import tax. But each country does differ and we have no control or influence over individual decisions made by your countries customs department. If your package has been delayed at customs for an unreasonable length of time, please contact them directly.

Delayed Deliveries

Due to the complexities of international shipping sometimes the tracking information is delayed or inaccurate. We work with hundreds of logistic partners to get your item from our warehouse to your country as quickly and efficiently as possible - but each partner supplies tracking information in a different format. It's not unusual to for an item to be "stuck" on the other side of the world for 10 days, only to arrive at it's destination the next day. If your shipments tracking becomes stalled for more than 14 days please contact us so that we can use our tools and resources to give you more information.

If I get my order and don't like it, what do I do?

Contact us with your order number, send a picture or description of the issue, and we will send a replacement or refund. Be sure to include your order #!
